Shane is proficient in engineering design and operations and has led diverse technical teams and developed innovative solutions to complex processes in the field under high pressure dynamic environments to achieve client requirements and company milestones. Throughout his career, Shane has supported and managed numerous government and private investor funded, technology focused projects across agriculture, commercial products, energy, aviation, fuels and chemical sectors. Cost and performance are key to commercializing any startup technology. Shane has overseen and analyzed complex market economics while determined to improve product yield and efficiency. A well balanced, functional crew is crucial during early stage technology development.
