Francis has over 20 years of experience in the Telecoms and Technology sectors and is a founding member of Rivada Networks. Francis currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, having served in several strategic and operational roles since the company’s inception.  Francis also serves as the Rivada company Secretary and is on the Executive Leadership Team of Rivada Space Networks.  Prior to joining Rivada, Francis worked in the strategic consulting sector, most notably for Accenture and McKinsey & Co.
