Dr. John Springmann is Senior Vice President of Space & Sensors at Tomorrow.io. He has developed and manages the company’s Space & Sensors department, which is home to its space program and overall hardware development capabilities. Tomorrow.io’s constellation development includes a mix of precipitation radar satellites and passive microwave sounders being developed to significantly improve weather forecasting globally and to ultimately improve Tomorrow.io’s Weather Intelligence platform. Previously, he held engineering and program leadership roles at BlackSky and Rocket Lab.
