With the conferences taking place at the Computer History Museum in the heart of Silicon Valley, SVSW is a must-attend event for the satellite industry.

Our privacy policy precludes us sharing contact information, but all registered attendees can easily reach out to others using the event app or virtual platform.

How can I download the mobile app or access the virtual platform?

More information about the mobile app and virtual will be available as we get closer to the event. We anticipate releasing virtual tools in early to mid September.

TRAVEL & REGISTRATION

Where will Satellite Innovation take place?

Satellite Innovation will take place at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA. (1401 N Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043).

What is the cost to attend?

Cost varies based on attendee type and what other aspects of Silicon Valley Space Week you choose to attend. Please visit our rates page for full details

Do you offer expo only passes?

No. Registration is required to enter the exhibit area.

Do I need to register for specific talks or sessions at Satellite Innovation?

No. The full conference is accessible to all registered attendees.

Is parking available?

Complimentary parking is available on a first arrival basis in front of and behind the building. Additional street parking is also available nearby. We encourage attendees to consider carpooling or using Uber. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR.

I live outside the United States. Will I be able to travel to Satellite Innovation?

Where can I stay and are there discounted hotel rates for attendees?

We do not book block hotel rooms for attendees as they are frequently more expensive than local vacation rentals. We strongly encourage you to review our travel page and also look into Airbnb.

Is there a virtual component to Satellite Innovation

Yes! The full conference program is available to virtual and in-person registered attendees.

Will the event be streamed live?

Yes, however you must be a registered attendee to watch the livestream and recordings.

When will event recordings be available?

Recordings will be accessible in the virtual platform approximately 30 minutes after each session or talk. Access requires a valid registration. Recordings may be viewed for up to 3 months after the event.

Will slide decks be available?

Select slides will be available shortly after each session or talk in the virtual platform and in the event app. Availability is at the discretion of individual speakers. In the past, most speakers have chosen to share their slide decks.

Will there be reserved seating for sessions?

There will not be reserved seating; all sessions will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow areas are available for the rare times that the primary auditorium may be full.

Is there an open call for content/papers?

Currently we are not accepting suggestions for content. If you are interested in consideration for a speaking position, you may fill in the Speaking Request form on our contact page.
